My Approach to Integrative Health

I am a Physician Assistant with over 25 years working in health, wellness, and clinical care.

​I have specialized training in:

I offer a curated and research-informed approach to healing and growth. My work blends established medical practices with new findings in somatic tools, helping you understand why you feel the way you do, and how to shift internal states to support long-term well being.
